A dynamic Manufacturing based in Stockton-on-Tees is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing both sales administration and customer service tasks to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process customer development and production orders
Verify pricing, part numbers, specifications, and revision status
Accurately enter orders into the business system and generate contract reviews
Confirm order delivery schedules with customers
Handle customer inquiries regarding development and production orders
Manage schedule updates and requirement changes
Address customer concerns and manage specification changes through effective document control
Answer phone calls, screen or take messages, and connect calls to the appropriate departments
Follow up on business communications and orders
Build positive relationships with external parties
Perform general office duties including computer system input and generating reports

Qualifications and Experience:
