We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a busy finance team at a growing business in Stokesley.
This role is ideal for someone with purchase ledger experience who wants to focus on key finance functions, develop their skills, and contribute to the smooth running of the accounts department.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the purchase ledger, including invoice processing and reconciliations
Reconcile statements, credit cards, and cash
Review and analyse debtor accounts
Process direct debits and support credit control activities
Reconcile data across software systems
Skills & Experience:
Previous purchase ledger or accounts experience
AAT Level 2 or 3 (studying or qualified) advantageous
Knowledge of Xero and Excel a plus
Self-motivated, organised, and positive
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
