We are currently working on behalf of a highly respected legal practice to find a proactive and detail focused Legal Administrator to join their friendly and professional team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in a legal or professional services environment who is confident working with digital dictation and providing a high standard of administrative support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
· Audio typing of legal correspondence, documents, and reports via digital dictation
· Preparing and formatting legal documents accurately and efficiently
· Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
· Filing, photocopying, and general office administration
· Diary management and client appointment scheduling
· Supporting solicitors and fee earners with day-to-day admin tasks
What We’re Looking For:
· Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a legal setting
· Fast, accurate audio typing and strong dictation skills
· Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
· Professional communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document formatting
· Ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure
