We are delighted to be recruiting exclusively for a global organisation with a growing presence in Northallerton. This is a brilliant opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team as their Events and Operations Executive.
This full-time, permanent role offers the chance to support and deliver high-profile B2B events and exclusive membership experiences, both in-person and virtually. It will suit someone with previous events or operational experience gained within a commercial setting, who is confident in juggling multiple priorities and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Include
Event Planning & Delivery
• Supporting the end-to-end delivery of a calendar of events
• Helping to source venues, manage suppliers and coordinate logistics
• Playing a hands-on role at live events, including speaker liaison, registration, and problem-solving
• Contributing to post-event feedback, reporting, and continuous improvement
Membership Coordination
• Assisting with the organisation of exclusive member events
• Coordinating invitations, RSVPs, and onboarding communications
• Maintaining up-to-date member records and supporting engagement efforts
Operational Support
• Keeping systems and tools up to date, including CRM and project management platforms
• Tracking budgets and processing invoices
• Maintaining supplier and venue databases and supporting team admin
Team Collaboration
• Liaising with internal teams, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure consistent and timely delivery
• Being a reliable team player willing to support wider business activities when needed
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 1–3 years of experience in events, operations, or project coordination (commercial or B2B setting preferred)
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Comfortable using a range of digital systems and tools (CRM, MS Office, project management platforms)
• Positive, proactive, and adaptable approach
• Must be based within commuting distance of Northallerton and willing to travel on occasion
