This is a great opportunity to join a family-run business as a full time Administrator in the Northallerton area.

As the successful candidate you be an excellent communicator, pay attention to detail, and be a team player who is comfortable working in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal projects and coordinate with suppliers and customers.

  • Schedule deliveries, materials, installation teams, and service work.

  • Coordinate project requirements, including booking plant hire, staff accommodation, and welfare units.

  • Handle associated paperwork and ensure all parties are kept up to date.

  • Provide ad hoc support to colleagues as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative experience.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to remain flexible, methodical, and calm under pressure.

  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts (training provided).

  • Full UK driving license (FLT license beneficial but not essential).

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (with a 1-hour lunch break)

  • 24 days of holiday per year, plus statutory holidays
