This is a great opportunity to join a family-run business as a full time Administrator in the Northallerton area.
As the successful candidate you be an excellent communicator, pay attention to detail, and be a team player who is comfortable working in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage internal projects and coordinate with suppliers and customers.
Schedule deliveries, materials, installation teams, and service work.
Coordinate project requirements, including booking plant hire, staff accommodation, and welfare units.
Handle associated paperwork and ensure all parties are kept up to date.
Provide ad hoc support to colleagues as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to remain flexible, methodical, and calm under pressure.
Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts (training provided).
Full UK driving license (FLT license beneficial but not essential).

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (with a 1-hour lunch break)
