My Thirsk based client is recruiting for an Administrator to join their team to assist with HR and Payroll duties. The role involves working 18 hours per week over 3 days and is a fixed-term contract for 5 months.
As the successful client, you will be based in the clients Thirsk office, provide support to the wider team whilst ensuring databases are accurately maintained.
Duties will include:
· Support daily operations and responsibilities.
· Provide clerical and administrative assistance
· Keep employee records in line with company policies.
· Respond to employee questions and requests about policies and procedures.
· Facilitate communication with candidates and arrange interviews.
· Update HR databases.
· Manage HR documents, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and up-to-date.
