I am working with a reputable client who is looking for a Time Clerk to join their Teesside team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the construction industry and entering time data would be an advantage but not a necessity, they would also be available to start at short note or immediately.
Responsibilities:
Keep track of when employees clock in using the system and enter this data into our internal software
Enter data from original documents within specified timeframes
Gather, verify, and organise information to prepare it for computer entry based on priority
Check data for mistakes and correct them if possibles
Research and find additional information for incomplete documents
Scan and print documents as required
Maintain confidentiality of information
Answer questions and retrieve relevant files when requested
Follow data integrity and security policies
Other information:
Salary: - £26,000-£30,000 DOE
Full time: - 8/8:30am to 4/4:30pm (To be discussed)
