A well-established organisation with an international presence is seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join their team on a fixed-term basis. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a high-impact transformation project while delivering day-to-day generalist HR support within a dynamic and forward-thinking HR function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, L&D, and offboarding

  • Support the rollout and optimisation of a new HR system

  • Ensure HR practices remain compliant with UK employment law and internal standards

  • Draft and review HR procedures, policies, and communications

  • Act as a key contact for HR queries from employees and managers

  • Assist with wider HR projects and support cross-site collaboration, including occasional travel

About You

Essential:

  • Solid generalist HR experience including recruitment, ER, L&D, and wellbeing

  • Strong understanding of UK employment legislation

  • Confident managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable:

  • CIPD qualification or working towards

  • Experience creating and reviewing HR policies and procedures

  • Experience in multi-site or international businesses
