A well-established organisation with an international presence is seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join their team on a fixed-term basis. Key Responsibilities
Provide generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, L&D, and offboarding
Support the rollout and optimisation of a new HR system
Ensure HR practices remain compliant with UK employment law and internal standards
Draft and review HR procedures, policies, and communications
Act as a key contact for HR queries from employees and managers
Assist with wider HR projects and support cross-site collaboration, including occasional travel
About You
Essential:
Solid generalist HR experience including recruitment, ER, L&D, and wellbeing
Strong understanding of UK employment legislation
Confident managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable:
CIPD qualification or working towards
Experience creating and reviewing HR policies and procedures
Experience in multi-site or international businesses
