We are seeking a friendly, reliable Temporary Receptionist to support our front-of-house team during a busy period. Based in our professional offices in Thirsk, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and calls, helping ensure a smooth and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greeting visitors and clients in a professional manner
· Answering and directing phone calls
· Managing post and deliveries
· General administrative support as required
Requirements:
· Previous reception or administrative experience preferred
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Confident using the telephone and Microsoft Office
· Reliable and punctual
Dates: 6th – 17th June (excluding 9th & 12th)
Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Rate: £12.21 per hour
Location: Thirsk
