An excellent opportunity to join a leading business in the Hawes area! We are currently recruiting a Telesales Representative to join our busy internal sales and customer service team. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for someone with a strong telephone manner, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing customers to promote our range of products.
Handle inbound telephone enquiries including:
Sales orders (entered onto a bespoke computer system)
Order chases and product queries
General product information and support
Process sales orders, including email, fax, and postal orders.
Create purchase orders and arrange all necessary paperwork for export orders.
Handle customer returns and process them accordingly.
Perform general office duties such as post and filing.
Requirements:
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
Ability to understand and respond to customer needs efficiently.
Previous telesales or customer service experience preferred.
Strong IT skills and attention to detail.
