Tax Manager. Wakefield, £40,000-£45,000 & Bonus
Due to growth, a Chartered Accountancy practice in Wakefield is recruiting for a Tax Manager to lead to Senior Tax Manager’s position. To be considered you should be ACCA/ACA/ATT qualified with 2 years post qualified experience in tax.

Their clients predominantly based in Yorkshire have between a £1M-£5M T/O.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Controlling the tax department compliance
· Liaising with clients and 3rd parties
· Planning and delivering a high quality of client care to all clients
· Supporting team members and supporting a Tax Assistant
Other duties (previous experience for all these duties isn’t essential nor is it essential if you haven’t had involvement in the processes on your own but with the assistant of a senior manager, as training can be provided)
· Exit/succession planning, including Purchase of own shares, MBO, HMRC clearance applications
· Remuneration planning: dividend v bonus
· Enterprise management incentive (EMI) schemes
· Setting up of employment related securities (ERS)
