Accounts Semi Senior / Senior
A growing accountancy team is seeking a motivated and dedicated Accounts Semi Senior or Senior to join them on a full‑time basis. This role has become available due to recent expansion and offers a mix of office-based work and visits to client premises, so some travel will be required.
The successful candidate will join the accounts department and take responsibility for producing high‑quality work while reporting directly to Managers. This position is ideal for someone looking to progress their career within a friendly and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare high‑quality accounts and support the wider accounts team
Produce company tax computations and returns
Work both in the office and at client premises as required
Meet deadlines and manage time‑sensitive tasks
Follow internal procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and maintain a professional approach with clients
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ accounts experience within an accountancy practice
ACCA/ACA part‑qualified, AAT qualified, or qualified by experience
Strong IT skills, including Excel, Sage, QuickBooks, and similar software
Experience preparing company tax returns (essential)
Experience with personal tax returns (desirable but not essential)
Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
Ability to work well as part of a team
Good commercial awareness and understanding of client needs
Willingness to travel to client sites when required
