​We are working with a well-established and respected professional services firm to recruit a Senior Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis. Based in Boroughbridge, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a busy, collaborative team in a long-term, stable role.

This position will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the office, providing essential administrative support to a busy team. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

· Providing day-to-day administrative support including letter writing, emails, filing, and audio typing

· Creating and updating Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations

· Answering telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner

· Managing incoming and outgoing post, including local post office drop-offs when required

· Diary and inbox management for multiple team members

· Processing monthly invoicing using Sage and Coretime, and managing petty cash

· Monitoring and replenishing office supplies and consumables

· Attending meetings and taking accurate minutes

· Supporting the Head of Office with wider office coordination duties

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

· A warm, professional telephone manner and strong communication skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint

· Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

· The ability to prioritise a busy workload and work independently

· A proactive, solution-focused attitude

· Experience using CRM systems is desirable but not essential
