Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate shipping logistics, including picking, packing, and dispatching orders
Prepare and process documentation for domestic and international shipments
Track and monitor deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment
Manage stock levels to support smooth operations
Handle returns, exchanges, and supplier invoices efficiently
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Work closely with internal teams, including lab staff and project managers
Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Pay: Negotiable depending on experience
