Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of sales and operational processes, including:

  • Monitoring and assessing the cost impacts of client revisions.

  • Inputting sales orders and creating detailed work orders.

  • Identifying chargeable extras and raising purchase requisitions.

  • Contributing to IT system improvements and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Generating new business through proactive calls and marketing initiatives.

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Preparing and submitting client quotations with precision and efficiency.

  • Updating the CRM system and submitting monthly performance reports.

  • Managing credit terms, overdue accounts, and resolving invoice queries.
