Responsibilities:
Confirming learner bookings in line with internal KPIs
Calling managers to verify learner attendance
Managing updates for early or non-arrivals in our system
Liaising with hotels and venues regarding apprentice requirements
Reviewing self-managed venues and providing feedback to account managers
Supporting feedback collection and issue resolution
Providing training to hotels and clients on our booking platform (HG One Stop)
Managing the Apprentice inbox, responding to queries efficiently
Supporting the RFQ process and helping chase venue responses
Contributing to the success of the wider Apprentice team
Requirements:
Previous admin or office-based experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Confident telephone manner
Great time management and attention to detail
The ability to work independently and use initiative
Comfortable working across multiple systems including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM software
