​Our client, based in Thirsk, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their friendly team on a part time, permanent basis.

 

This is a varied role where you will act as a key point of contact for customers, manage orders and delivery queries, and provide valuable administrative support to the sales team.

 

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and confident in managing processes from start to finish. You will enjoy working independently, have excellent attention to detail, and be able to handle multiple enquiries efficiently.

 

Above all, you will take pride in delivering outstanding customer service and supporting the wider team in achieving their sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Process orders and raise invoices

·         Check data accuracy on orders and invoices

·         Communicate with clients to obtain missing information or resolve queries

·         Liaise with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries

·         Maintain and update customer and sales records

·         Produce monthly sales reports

·         Share important customer feedback with the wider team

·         Arrange samples and monitor stock levels

 

About You:

·         Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills desirable

·         Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities

·         A supportive team player with a positive attitude

·         Comfortable working to deadlines and managing competing priorities
