About the Role
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service. You'll handle service bookings, provide updates on repairs, and ensure every customer has a smooth and positive experience from drop-off to pick-up.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
Schedule service appointments and manage the daily calendar
Communicate service updates and repair estimates
Liaise with technicians and parts departments
Process payments and handle invoicing
Maintain accurate records and customer files
Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries promptly
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (automotive industry a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficient with basic computer systems and booking software
A positive attitude and team-player mindset
A valid driver’s license (preferred)
