I am assisting an independent business who are based just off the A66 near Richmond as they are recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team on a full or part time basis.
To be the successful candidate you will be eager to learn, be a team player along with having administrative experience including data entry, reception, and customer services.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person
Operate the weighbridge
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Perform data entry tasks using various software programs, including Excel
Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
Handle sensitive information confidentially
Chase outstanding debts
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in using office equipment such as printers and scanners
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
Proficiency in using Excel
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Understanding of agriculture and transport is an advantage but not essential
