​Are you looking to join a thriving and dynamic business? We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to become a key part of our team, providing essential support to our operations and customer relationships.

 

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of customer accounts, managing production materials, processing orders, and supporting the wider team with administrative tasks. You’ll work closely with Account Managers and suppliers, handling everything from sales orders to liaising on delivery schedules.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Raising and creating works orders for new items

·         Managing and maintaining incoming production materials schedules

·         Ordering new and replacement printing clichés

·         Supporting Account Managers with customer relations and communication

·         Setting up and managing new customer accounts

·         Maintaining and caring for existing accounts

·         Processing sales and purchase orders

·         Manipulating customer artwork using Adobe Illustrator

·         Handling price enquiries and costings

·         Liaising with suppliers and checking order confirmations/delivery dates

·         Overseeing supplier container schedules and shipping confirmations

·         Managing emails, phone calls, and general office administration tasks

 

About You:

·         Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks

·         A strong communicator with a professional and friendly approach

·         A team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn

·         Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment

·         Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

·         Experience with Adobe Illustrator (desirable but not essential)
