We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement and Supply Chain Analyst to join a fast-paced team in Hartlepool. The right candidate will be good with numbers, adaptable, and able to solve problems while managing their workload effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Risk & Contract Management: Review stock and contracts, identify risks, and find cost-saving opportunities through strategic procurement.
Stock Reconciliation: Handle daily stock checks across various locations and ensure accurate reporting.
Audit Preparation: Help prepare for ISO 9001 and 14001 audits to ensure we meet compliance standards.
Financial Processes: Manage month-end tasks like stock reconciliation, pre-payments, and journal reports.
Supplier Relationships: Build positive relationships with suppliers to maintain quality and cost standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
CIPS Level 3 or AAT Level 4 (or equivalent) is a plus.
Experience with Power BI or similar data analysis tools is helpful.
Previous experience in supply chain or stock management is preferred but not required.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Location: Hartlepool
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Salary: £30,000 per year
Holidays: 25 days plus Statutory Bank Holidays
Study Support: Fully funded (available after successfully completing probation)
