Are you an experienced tax professional looking to take the next step in your career? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Tax Senior Manager to join a growing and dynamic team. This role offers the chance to work on a wide range of advisory projects and help deliver proactive tax planning for a diverse client base.

About the Role:

As a Private Client Tax Senior Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality tax advisory services, supporting and mentoring team members, and helping drive business growth. This is a leadership role with a strong client-facing focus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tax advisory services to private clients across a range of matters

  • Lead client meetings and identify tax planning opportunities

  • Deliver advice related to trusts, estates, and agricultural tax (desirable)

  • Manage projects and review the work of other tax team members

  • Monitor budgets, work-in-progress, and billing activity

  • Line manage and develop Tax Managers, Seniors, and Trainees

  • Deliver technical training sessions to internal teams

  • Handle ad hoc tax-related queries from across the business

What We’re Looking For:

  • CTA qualified with at least 5 years' experience in private client tax

  • Proven experience in leading advisory projects

  • Strong technical knowledge in areas such as trusts and agricultural tax (desirable)

  • Confident in client-facing roles, with excellent communication skills

  • Demonstrated leadership and team development experience

  • A full UK driving licence is essential
