Payroll Administrator – Washington
A well-established firm of Chartered Accountants based in Washington is looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Administrator to join its team.
This role is ideal for someone with payroll experience gained within an accountancy practice, who is confident using Sage Payroll software and managing a high-volume payroll portfolio. The successful candidate will be part responsible for processing between 400 and 500 payrolls for a varied client base.
The position offers a busy and hands-on payroll role, requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work to strict deadlines.
The successful candidate will have:
Previous payroll experience within an accountancy practice
Strong knowledge of Sage Payroll
Experience processing a large number of payrolls
Good understanding of payroll legislation and HMRC requirements
