Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge?
I am working with a Northallerton family fun business who are looking to appoint an Administrator on a permanent basis.
To be successful within the role you will need to have experience of working for a smaller company who have the ‘all hands-on deck’ ethos. You will have a flexible approach to your work and be a team player.
Some of the duties will include:
Producing purchase orders
Processing customer orders on a bespoke basis
Chasing up and logging receipt of goods
Organising the despatch of completed goods
Liaising with factory to check when goods are ready
Organising sub-contract transport to collect the goods and despatch to customer
Speaking with customers via phone and email
Adhoc admin duties as required
Working hours: 30 hours per week and can be flexible to suit personal circumstances
