Job Title: Management Accountant

Salary: £35,000

Location: Harrogate

Hours of Work: Hybrid working, flexi hours.

 

Are you a Management Accountant looking for a new challenge?Would you like to work for a constantly developing and expanding company that offer you the opportunity to develop your career?Due to growth in the business my client is looking for a part or fully qualified Management Accountant.

 

This would be an ideal role for someone currently working in practice looking to make the move to industry.

 

Our client is looking for a candidate that is highly organised, a self-starter, motivated by working in a growing business where they can take responsibility for managing a team and driving performance.

 

Skills and experience required:

  • Strong financial, analytical modelling and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong knowledge and experience in the production of monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.

  • ACCA, ACA, CIMA part or fully qualified Accountant

 

 

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

 

·   Preparation of monthly management accounts within the reporting deadlines.

·   Assistance with reviewing property monthly finance reports and supporting schedules.

·   Preparation and review of month end balance sheet reconciliations.

·   Accruals and Prepayments.

·   Assistance with client financial reforecasting.

·   To assist with the client’s annual statutory audits.

·   Support on ad-hoc tasks and reporting.

·   To understand commercial and performance aspects of Finance.
