A leading industrial company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join its team. The successful candidate will maintain, troubleshoot, and improve production equipment in a dynamic industrial environment, ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and service production equipment including motors, conveyors, and transmission systems
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machinery efficiently
Support installation of new equipment and upgrades
Produce maintenance reports and perform routine safety checks
Design and fabricate parts for repairs
Assist with apprentice training and mentoring
Undertake general facilities maintenance
Skills & Experience:
Proven industrial maintenance experience
Strong mechanical, electrical, and PLC knowledge
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Basic computer and report writing abilities
Physical fitness and ability to handle heavy equipment
Desirable:
Experience with Fiix CMMS or similar software
Knowledge of BRC standards
Previous industrial environment experience
Professional, proactive, and team-oriented
Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Energetic and enthusiastic about maintenance excellence

Shifts:
Currently 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM / 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM (with 5:00 PM finish on Fridays). Shift patterns may vary from time to time.
