​I am working with a client who over the past two years, have experienced rapid growth and continue to expand. To support this exciting journey, they are looking for a highly skilled Invoicing Administrator to join their Accounts Receivable team.

This role is ideal for someone with an accounting or credit control background who excels in problem-solving and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain specialist invoicing processes

  • Ensure high levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and timeliness in the billing process

  • Perform regular reconciliation of accounts and resolve issues promptly

  • Proactively address and resolve issues and queries; identify and investigate variances

  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders

  • Understand all contracts and invoicing requirements to facilitate efficient order-to-cash processes

  • Raise and dispatch invoices within defined timescales

  • Balance non-standard invoices against financial accounts and accurately replace new invoices

  • Create and maintain relevant procedures for all areas of responsibility

  • Ensure all revenue streams are accurately invoiced, timely, and properly accounted for

  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties required by management

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, or credit control

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently

  • Keen focus on reconciling data with clear oversight

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Strong numerical skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all key stakeholders

Other information:

  • 25 days annual leave

  • Working hours: Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-4.30pm

  • Initial office-based role with the potential for hybrid working once fully functional in all aspects of the role
