We're looking for an experienced HR generalist to work alongside a HR Team for a 6 month contract. You'd be based out of their Harrogate head office, traveling to multiple sites across the UK helping with case management, supporting line managers and recruitment.
The client is a large national company with excess of 3,000 staff meaning this could be a great opportunity to expand your sector/generalist experience.
What you'll be doing:
• Looking after your own employee relations caseload for multiple sites
• Assisting with learning and development training
• Reviewing and updating polices
• Managing staff on and off boarding
• Supporting restructures and possible redundancies
What you'll need:
• Recent employee relations and caseload management experience
• CIPD level 5 or equivalent experience
• Multi-site experience
• Commercial awareness
What you'd get in return:
• Per annum salary up to £30,000
• 6 month contact
• Monday – Friday hours
• Harrogate based head office
