A growing and dynamic organisation in Redcar is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join its expanding finance team. This role offers excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and business-wide decision-making, making it perfect for newly qualified accountants, finalists, or anyone with strong analytical and finance experience looking to step into a business-facing finance role.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, and variances)
Provide weekly and monthly financial reporting and analysis
Monitor revenue, utilisation, and costs against forecasts and budgets
Manage fixed assets, accruals, and prepayments
Conduct advanced Excel-based analysis and reporting
Support finance system and software implementations
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and forecasting accuracy
Skills & Experience
ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or finalist
Practice background is advantageous but not essential
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Confident communicator with a proactive, improvement-focused mindset
Interest in influencing business decisions and driving financial performance
