Key Responsibilities:
Process Cash and RR Imports daily
Update cashflow daily
Process PL Invoices daily
Instructor Training Administration & Credit Control
Process Starters and Leavers in Sage
Fogz Adjustments including PPC and cheques
Purchase Ledger Statement Recs
Purchase Ledger Payment Run
PPC report
Code and process Credit Cards
Ad Hoc sales invoices including FBTC
Direct Debit management - Bacs notfications, auddis, run direct debit files
Provide cover for other team members when required
Technical Skills Required:
Competent in Microsoft Excel
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Competencies Required:
Strong teamwork ethic required
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
Discretion when dealing with sensitive information
Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines when required
