·        Liaise with customers via email and phone to address enquiries and assist with requests.

·        Collaborate with colleagues to meet business objectives.

 

Required skills:

·        Strong written, verbal, and IT communication skills.

·        A customer-focused, helpful, and persuasive nature.

·        Proven organisational and multitasking abilities.

·        Previous experience in a professional office environment (preferred).
