My client is looking to recruit an experience Customer Service Manager to join their thriving office Stockton on Tees.

  • Improve & enhance the customer service experience

  • Deal with and escalate customer concerns

  • Reporting progressive sales and key customer information on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

  • Management of staff and training

  • Monitor and achieve targets

  • Develop internal processes and implement improvements

  • Ensure the needs of customers are fully met

  • Management of systems and procedures

Requirements for the role:

  • Proven track record working at a Customer Service Manager level

  • Leadership & coaching skills

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Highly organised

  • Problem solving skills

  • Proven experience with managing a team
