I am working exclusively with a client based in Leeming Bar who are looking to recruit a Logistics and Customer Service Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career, or a junior candidate looking to develop within logistics, exports and customer service.
You will gain hands-on experience in a busy and supportive environment, learning all aspects of logistics administration and how goods flow through the supply network.
Key Responsibilities:
· Processing import and export orders
· Following relevant export procedures
· Working with third-party logistics providers
· Collecting and organising paperwork for export processes
· Updating stock reconciliations and maintaining accurate records
· Learning and supporting the dispatch process
· Inputting and maintaining data on internal systems
· Ensuring stock availability and accurate order despatch
· Communicating with internal and external customers
· Providing general support to the wider team
