What you'll be doing:
• Dealing with customer queries via phone, email and live chat
• Helping with any customer issues from product questions to invoice queries
• Ensuring all queries are responded to within the agreed SLA
• Making sure orders are dispatched on time and keeping the customer up to date
• Analysing customer feedback and identifying trends
What you'll need:
• Previous customer service experience including complaints handling
• Great communication skills, written and verbal
• Attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
• Be a team player but also work well prioritising your own workload
• IT skills including Microsoft Office
