​This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Customer Account Manager to join a well established business in the Northallerton area.

 

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company’s existing accounts and will act as the main point of contact for valued and established clients. Your primary goal will be to nurture each account, ensuring that clients' needs are met, and their queries and issues are resolved promptly. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing client satisfaction, ultimately contributing to long-lasting client relationships.

 

 

The Role:

·         Sustain client relationships by offering support, information, and guidance, and directing queries to the appropriate team members for resolution when necessary.

·         Consistently deliver exceptional customer service.

·         Utilise IT-based workflow and Customer Relationship Management systems effectively to develop and maintain a pipeline of new opportunities.

·         Contribute to the overall team effort by achieving related goals and providing necessary support as needed.

 

Experience:

·         Experience in maintaining client relationships

·         Excellent organisational and communication skills

·         Strong commercial awareness

·         A high degree of self-motivation and drive

·         The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

·         IT skills – including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM and workflow systems
