An established construction business is seeking a Construction Administrator to support its Contracts and Estimating team in Ripon. This role is ideal for an entry-level or graduate candidate keen to start a career in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Estimating and Contracts teams
Assist with tender and quotation preparation and submissions
Maintain pricing, job details and client information on internal systems
Support contract set-up and preparation of standard documentation
Manage records, drawings and correspondence with accurate version control
Act as a first point of contact for basic client and internal queries
Requirements:
Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Well organised with strong attention to detail
Willing to learn and follow instructions
An interest in construction or engineering
