We are recruiting on behalf of a well established business based on the outskirts of Richmond, North Yorkshire, who are looking to welcome a Customer Service Representative to their friendly and supportive team. This is a full time, office based role, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
You will act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from order through to delivery. This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email
· Processing orders and monitoring deliveries
· Resolving any issues promptly and professionally
· Liaising closely with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met
· Maintaining accurate and up to date records
· Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and processes
To be successful in this role, you will be customer focused, organised and confident communicating with a wide range of people.
You will ideally have:
· Previous experience in a customer service role
· Strong communication and problem solving skills
· Good organisational ability and attention to detail
· Confidence using computer systems and email
· A positive and proactive attitude
