Our client, a well respected firm of Chartered Accountants in Barnsley, is looking for a Audit Senior or Semi-Senior to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to progress their career within a supportive team.
Ideally applicants should be:
At least part-qualified AAT/ACA/ACCA or qualified by experience from working in UK accountancy practice
Have some experience in Audit
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Preparation of accounts
Planning and completing audits: for a wide range of clients, ensuring audits comply with the relevant accounting standards and regulations
Liaising with clients: requesting information and discussing audit findings
Salary and benefits:
Up to £35k dependant on experience
Some flexitime available
On site car parking
