Title: Audit & Assurance Senior
Salary: £32,000 - £38,000

A well-established and highly respected independent accountancy and business advisory firm is currently seeking experienced Audit & Assurance Seniors to join their growing team in Leeds. The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role within the Audit & Assurance team, delivering a broad range of audit and accountancy assignments for a diverse client portfolio. Responsibilities will include:
Leading the planning, coordination, and completion of audit and accountancy work
Liaising with clients and internal teams to obtain required information and manage expectations
Ensuring timely delivery of work to meet internal and external deadlines
Completing audit and accounts files for managerial review within agreed budgets and timeframes
Identifying business issues and potential opportunities, ensuring they are communicated to the appropriate stakeholders
Supporting business development efforts by recognising client needs and areas for added value
Requirements/Qualifications
Candidates should be confident, motivated, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. The ideal profile includes:
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
A full UK driving licence (due to travel to client sites)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and workloads under pressure
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
A collaborative approach and willingness to support wider team goals
