As the firm continues to grow, they are looking to appoint a proactive and organised Business Support Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis.

This is a varied and rewarding role that would suit someone who enjoys improving processes, thrives in a people-facing environment, and has a solid understanding of compliance and technology within professional services.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring all documentation (engagement letters, AML/KYC checks, ID verification, etc.) is completed accurately and efficiently

·         Maintain compliance with AML, KYC, GDPR and other relevant regulations

·         Liaise with clients and internal teams to gather and verify information

·         Review and streamline internal processes to enhance efficiency and client experience

·         Manage and maintain internal systems, particularly CCH (practice management software)

·         Support with reporting, data accuracy, and system updates

·         Identify and implement opportunities to automate or digitise workflows

  • Maintain accurate client records and databases

  • Support with document management, filing, and archiving (both digital and physical)

  • Assist with ad hoc duties across the business support and wider practice teams

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a professional services environment, ideally within accountancy, legal, or financial services

  • Proficient IT skills and confidence with new systems (experience with CCH or similar software would be advantageous)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively

What’s on Offer

·         Competitive salary (£26,000–£32,000 FTE, pro rata)

·         Flexible, part-time working arrangements (circa 25 hours per week)

·         Supportive, friendly, and professional team environment

·         Opportunities to develop skills in compliance, technology, and business operations

·         A modern, progressive firm that embraces technology and continuous improvement
