I am working with a Harrogate-based client who are recruiting for an Operations and Administration Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of their business. This is a varied role combining administration, customer engagement, marketing support, and basic CRM management.

As part of a small organisation with a social purpose, you will play a key role in ensuring everything runs efficiently, supporting schools and teachers, and contributing to the company’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support and maintain accurate CRM records

  • Schedule training sessions and prepare supporting documents

  • Create, proofread, and format educational resources and website content

  • Respond to teacher enquiries and provide ongoing support

  • Onboard new schools and lead basic online training sessions

  • Monitor school usage and feedback, identifying improvements

  • Help attract and retain school customers

  • Support social media content creation and scheduling

  • Assist with newsletters, campaigns, and website updates

  • Contribute ideas for community-building events and content

  • Represent the organisation at selected education conferences

Skills & Experience:

  • Degree educated, with excellent literacy and written communication skills

  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities with exceptional attention to detail

  • Confident communicator with a professional, friendly manner

  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems

  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently

  • Genuine interest in education and technology

  • Able to work in Harrogate at least two days per week
