Are you looking for a varied part time admin role?
I am working with a client who are based in Brompton on Swale as they require additional admin support within their busy team.
As the successful candidate you will be assisting various departments including HR and Accounts along with dealing with basic health and safety.
Duties will include
· Assist with the preparation of documents
· Data entry
· Basic finance tasks such as data entry
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Package, especially Word, Excel, and Teams.
· Pays close attention to detail.
· Understands the importance of confidentiality and discretion.
· Have a confident personality with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Excellent organisational and time-management skills and able to work under pressure.
· Be able to work effectively as part of a busy team, but also demonstrate initiative and strong organisational skills.
