I am exclusively working with a client who is based close to Melsonby, near Richmond as they require an Administrator to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis.
As the successful candidate, you will have experience within an admin or reception role along with working within a small team.
Your duties will include:
· Answering all phone calls and directing them to the appropriate member of office staff
· Sending quotations to customers via email
· Greeting all visitors to our premises
· Updating fuel system
· Producing and distributing company handbooks
· Ordering and ensuring drivers have the correct PPI equipment
· Assisting the accounts department when necessary
The hours of work would be 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Friday
