We are working with a business based in central Thirsk who are looking for a part time Administrator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for part time hours in a varied and people-facing role.
The role is for between 15 to 20 hours per week, ideally working from 9am to 1pm each day.
Main duties will include:
· Meeting and greeting visitors
· Answering phone calls and handling enquiries
· Responding to emails
· Keeping client records up to date
· Writing letters and emails to clients
· Ordering stationery and supplies
· General admin support as needed
The ideal person will have:
· Previous admin experience
· Good communication skills
· A friendly and professional approach
· Strong attention to detail
· Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
