Office Services and Facilities Coordinator
Location: Central Harrogate
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am – 5.30 pm
We are working with a well-established professional services firm in central Harrogate who are seeking an Office Services and Facilities Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of their busy offices.
This varied role will see you take responsibility for a wide range of facilities and administrative tasks that help ensure the office is efficient, safe and enjoyable for all staff.
Key responsibilities include:
Handling incoming and outgoing post, ensuring all is processed promptly and accurately
Managing supplies, including stationery and office consumables
Preparing meeting rooms, arranging refreshments and assisting with seminar set-up
Coordinating travel and accommodation bookings
Providing support with office moves and facilities maintenance
Managing document services such as photocopying, printing and scanning
Liaising with the archiving team to ensure accurate records and storage
Offering occasional cover on reception and supporting other offices where required
About you:
Previous experience in a facilities or office support role is essential
Confident with Microsoft Office and comfortable with general IT systems
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Able to manage your own workload whilst being a strong team player
Professional, reliable and adaptable to changing priorities
Experience within a professional services or legal environment would be an advantage but is not essential
