Finance Assistant, Boroughbridge, £25,000-£29,000
An established company in Boroughbridge is recruiting for a finance assistant to join their finance department.
Duties
Raising sales invoices and dealing with billing enquiries
Process and maintain purchase ledger records
Responsible for checking customer’s credit and approve or deny applications and ensure customers pay on time and chase any overdue invoices
Produce and develop reports for internal stakeholders on a weekly or ad-hoc basis.
Supporting their payroll assistants in processing the weekly payroll for all departments
Supporting the management with Management Accounts Preparation
Required:
Finance administration experience, training can be provided
IT literacy
Parking on site
Office based working 9-5pm Monday to Friday
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
