Our client is a Chartered Accountancy and Business Advisors who are based in Darlington. The company is seeking an experience Accounts Senior. You will play a crucial role in managing financial accounts and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Job Summary:
As a Senior Account Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing accounts payable, utilizing accounting software such as Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks to maintain financial records, and providing support in various financial tasks. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and assist in the preparation of financial statements.
Duties:
- Manage accounts payable processes
- Utilize accounting software including Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks for financial record-keeping
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements

- Provide support in various financial tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Qualified ACA, ACCA or qualified by experience
- Have experience working in an Accountancy Practice
- Proven experience as an Account Specialist or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
