​Are you an experienced Purchase/Sales Ledger/ Accounts Assistant, who is looking to join a growing organisation in Stokesley where you are valued and have the chance to work with a great team.

The Role:

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the role will include but is not limited to:

  • Direct Debit collections

  • BACS payments and reconciliations

  • Nominal ledger postings and reconciliations

  • Credit control and Debtor Chasing

  • Accounts reconciliation and analysis

  • Payroll

  • General Administration tasks

  • Following up all queries and ensuring they are resolved quickly and efficiently

  • Support with Month End duties

Skills and Qualifications required;

  • Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office / Excel

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and a team player

  • Previous accountancy experience

  • Qualified or studying AAT (not essential)

This is a full time office based position Monday - Friday. Salary is £25k - £35k (DOE)
