Salary: From £22,000 per year - Full-time (Please note that salary is negotiable and dependent on experience, skills, and qualifications)
Responsibilities:
Sales and Purchase ledger management (raising sales invoices, processing purchase invoices)
Accounts payable and receivable management
Employee expense reconciliation
Petty Cash reconciliation
Bank reconciliation
Compiling and submitting quarterly VAT returns
Assisting in the preparation of management accounts
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Beneficial to have experience with accounting software
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ideally, candidates should have experience with accounting software and Excel; however, training will be provided as needed.
