We are working closely with a Leyburn based organisation to recruit an experienced Accounts Administrator to their team. You will have proven experience within a similar role and be familiar with using Sage 50. You will have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, whilst ensuring deadlines are adhered to.
Responsibilities:
Provide efficient and professional internal and external telephone services, transferring all calls accordingly
Process sales and purchase invoices, match delivery notes and input onto SAGE
Follow up on disputed invoices with the relevant departments and liaise with suppliers
Check supplier statements on a monthly basis and update records accordingly
Customer invoicing
Company credit control and reporting
Process card payments and allocate customer receipts
Credit checks for new customers
Manage the accounts inbox and maintain Excel spreadsheets
General office duties
Any other tasks as required
